What do I do if the entry closing date has passed and I still haven’t received an approval email for my entry?

Please be patient, as the event secretary is processing many last minute entries, and it may take them a few days to get all that information processed.

If you still don’t have a confirmation within 3 days after entry closing, contact the event secretary directly so that this can be followed up on.

By retaining your pending notification email, this will prove that your entry was submitted before the closing date.
